Premarital Counseling with Big Valley Grace:

Thank you for your consideration in Premarital Mentoring! This application represents the beginning step in one of the biggest decisions in your life, and it is our deep desire to help you succeed in every way.

Please understand that this application does not guarantee BVG pastoral staff officiating at your ceremony. There is a $100 fee premarital counseling fee. 1. Prior to filling out any part of the application, pay the $100 fee online by CLICKING HERE (or via cash or check made out to “BVG Premarital Ministry” and delivered to the Big Valley Grace Church Offices: open M-TH, 9am-12pm // 1pm-5pm).

2. Prior to filling out any part of the below application, if you have been previously married, complete the Divorced Questionnaire or the Widowed Questionnaire.

3. Lastly, fill out the premarital application below. Answer the questions and click “Next” until you are given the option to “Submit” the application.
